Contract: A signed Service Agreement (contract) is required to an book event.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable. 24% VAT is added to services.
Booked Time: The time booked will only reflect those services reserved on the Service Agreement. Each service requires a certain length of time to be completed, and an agreed upon start and end time will be contracted for the day-of-event.
Delays: The first 15 min are free. When starting or staying after the confirmed contracted time due to client delays, there will be a 25€ fee per every 25 min AFTER the first 15 min, added onto the bill balance. This is not negotiable.
Contract Add-ons: The desire to add additional people or services to a signed Service Agreement does not guarantee it can be added if it conflicts with the schedule for that day. So when securing your date, please book services accordingly. We will try our best to accommodate your request(s).
Cancellation: If the client must cancel a Service Agreement, or needs to change the contracted date, any money paid will not be refunded if we're unable to accommodate the date/time change. If Touch of Color were to cancel the contract (excluding Acts of Nature), 110% of the deposit money will be refunded within 2 days.
Travel: Airfare, hotel, travel fee and transportation will be custom quoted.
Acts of Nature: In the event of an Act of Nature that could prevent Touch of Color getting to the client, (or the client getting to Touch of Color), the deposit or any monies paid will not be refunded. Acts of Nature could include, but not limited to weather related; making travel impossible/unsafe, road closures/traffic/accidents, earthquake, fire, floods, cancellation of flights or personal car accident.
First Looks: All first look consultations are conducted week days only. If we're able to accommodate a weekend appointment, we will.
Service Location: All day-of-event services will be conducted at client's location of choice. Travel fees may apply where applicable and will be quoted.
Mileage Fee: There is no additional charge for service locations within Rethymnon, Crete. Chania is 65€, Heraklion is 65€ and Agios Nikolaos is 120€. Any further destinations will be negotiated.
Early Arrival: There is a 75€ fee for early morning start times before 9am.
Payment: Deposits and balances can be paid by cash, PayPal, Revolut, Remitly, PaySend, IBAN or IRIS. Final balance is due no later than day-of-event.
